Leveraging Excess Capacity
Our business model is built on leveraging excess capacity for mutual benefit. We help landlords and business to business providers leverage their extra space and staff time for the mutual benefit of incoming startups, the local economy, and their own business development.
We carry that approach one step further by leveraging our office space for mutual benefit of clients, partners, and our own mission.
It's our home office, but it's also an incubator, coworking space, a showroom and a gallery.
Incubator:

Showroom:
We didn't want to buy furniture and Buffalo Office Supply was tired of paying for showroom space. The solution for both: make our office their showroom. When you visit, everything you see on the floor is available for sale from BOS.
Prentice Office Environments
See the beautiful lounge furniture on display in our reception area, and in our corner office, for sale by Prentice.
Gallery:
We wanted great Buffalo themed art, but didn't want to pay for it. We found a gallery in the burbs that wanted a downtown presence. We found a couple more photographers who wanted to display their work. Voila! Everything on our walls is on loan and for sale, by our primary art partner, Picture Your Walls as well as Widmer Arts and photographer Don Neiman.
